This is a collection of 2nd epilogues written after books in Julia Quinn's Bridgertons series ended. Julia Quinn at one point sold the epilogues on her website and later as ebook shorts. This is the first time, I believe, they are being sold together. The book also features a first time in print novella, aka short story, entitled Violet in Bloom featuring the Bridgerton's matriarch. A nice collection of trials and tribulations the family experienced before, during, and after the books we Quinn fans have come to know and love. This is a book to be read either alongside or after the series. Just make sure not to read the epilogues before reading the books they're associated with. I personally would recommend reading them after finishing the series so you don't encounter any spoilers.

Overall, this was a nice resolution to a fabulous series. It's kind of like having one last hurrah. Ms. Quinn did her best to resolve questions and issues her fans had, as well as let us finally meet Edmund Bridgerton, the man who died before his time of a bee sting. We get to see how he and Violet met, fell in love, and what happened his fatal last day. We learn who had trouble conceiving, who had an unexpected pregnancy late in life, who had near death experiences, as well as small glimpses of the adults some of their children became. If you never read the series, I HIGHLY recommend that you do. They're the perfect family that anyone would love to marry into--full of love, laughs, and camaraderie. One of the best feel good series out there. I gave this book 5 out of 5 roses. On the Lisarenee Romance rating scale, this one gets a FAN rating--the temperature in the room seems to have suddenly gone up a couple of degrees and a fan would be nice.
