Firebug (aka pyrokinetic) someone who can call fire physically.

Anita has her hands full in this one. There is a firebug loose in the city. So far no one has been killed, but if history repeats itself that will soon change. Worse yet, the Vampire council has come to town. They seem to be set on one thing - destroying Jean-Claude. False rumors are circulating that he's looking to create his own council and some are using it as a way to get vengeance while others just want the power that comes with being the Master of the City. Loyalties will breached, new loyalties formed, old friendships renewed, and lives lost. It will be up to Anita to fix things. Why do I get the feeling that the person with the most power in the triumvirate is of small stature and female gender?

If you've been following my reviews some books just seem inspire a song to dance through my head. This is one of those books. The theme song? Burn, baby, burn....Disco Inferno. Why? Probably because 'burn, baby, burn' are the last 3 words in chapter 52. Personally, I think Hamilton just couldn't pass up the opportunity of tying the song to the book, but what do I know?

I'm still loving the series. I gave this one 4 out of 5 stars. Still full of action and drama with a dash of humor. Why do I keep thinking of the phrase, 'Come over to the dark side, we have cookies'?
